Library Director

Meet Jodie Evans, our library director.

Jodie has lived in Alton for 15 years with her husband and 4 kids. She has loved reading and libraries her whole life, and has been a faithful patron of the Alton Library for many years. She is excited to have taken on the role as director at the Alton Library. Her favorite book depends on which one she has read last, but the books that top her list are Pride and Prejudice and Emma both by Jane Austen and North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell
