Bulletin Board Policy
Purpose
The Alton Public Library provides bulletin board space to inform the public about community events, services, and resources. This policy establishes guidelines for the use of the library bulletin board to ensure fair, safe, and orderly posting of materials. The library’s acceptance of material does not imply endorsement of a group or organization its policies or beliefs.
